A taxi ride from Salzburg Main Station to Hotel Ammerhauser usually costs about 25 to 30 € and takes around 10–15 minutes (depending on traffic).

Our hotel does not have a swimming pool, but our guests receive free admission to the Anthering outdoor pool, which is located directly behind our hotel. It is open from mid-May to early September, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Towels are available at the reception.

Not all rooms have a balcony. Our Mountain View and Evening Sun room categories have a balcony. Only some of our Deluxe rooms have a balcony.
You can use public transport, such as the local train, which runs every 30 minutes at :08 and :38 past the hour. With the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can even use public transport for free.
Our restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 12:00–14:00 and 18:00–21:00. (last order 13:30 and 20:30) We are closed on Sundays.
We are happy to accommodate intolerances and allergies when preparing your meals. Please inform us before your arrival or when ordering on-site so we can make the necessary arrangements.

You are welcome to reserve a table for breakfast from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The price for our breakfast buffet is €28 per person.

Our Imperial Breakfast is held on special occasions and is not offered regularly. Please inquire about current dates in advance or contact us by phone for details. The price for our Imperial Breakfast is €39 per person.

Yes, we offer a lunch menu from Monday to Friday starting at 12 PM. Last order at 1:30 PM. Please call ahead to inquire about the current offerings.
Yes, as a hotel guest, you can also have dinner on Sunday evening. Our restaurant offers meals for in-house guests upon request. For à la carte guests, our restaurant is closed on Sundays.
