SEMINAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our general cancellation policy is:

up to 6 weeks before the seminar starts: free of charge
4 to 6 weeks before the seminar starts: 30% cancellation fee
2 to 4 weeks before the seminar starts: 50% cancellation fee
up to 1 week before the seminar starts: 90% cancellation fee

Up to 1 week before the event, a maximum of 3 participants or rooms can be cancelled free of charge; 1 day before, 1 participant or room can be cancelled free of charge.
Cancellations exceeding these limits will be charged at 100%!
