Our chef Gert Seebauer prepares classical Austrian cuisine as well as unusual seasonal creations using only the best seasonal and fresh products from regional producers. We have young beef from Pinzgau, lamb and game from the Tauern region, wild char from Mariazell, seasoned with fresh herbs and natural salt rich in minerals from the Carpathian Mountains.
